The journey of collaboration with our Thai partners on the project “Layan Verde - Premium real estate for investment and living” began in January 2024, when they first approached Viet Model to seek solutions for realizing their project model. With dedication and high expertise, we provided detailed consultations and optimal solutions to meet all the stringent requirements of the client.

After a period of 10 months of consideration and comparison of options, the partners returned and officially chose Viet Model as their companion. This not only demonstrates our credibility and professionalism but also marks an important milestone, reflecting the trust and great expectations that the client has placed in us.

The acceptance meeting took place in a professional setting, where every detail of the model was thoroughly inspected and carefully evaluated by the partners. The excitement and satisfaction of the client were evident not only through their compliments but also through a special request: to capture the commemorative moment with the entire production team - a moment full of meaning and pride!

Interestingly, that day was a weekend, and the Viet Model team was missing the familiar blue attire, but the team spirit and professionalism remained consistent and shone brightly, further highlighting the moment of unity between us and the client.
