Since the last time the five talented members of Viet Model's Research and Development (R&D) team were introduced, they have continually strived to lead the group towards development. Regular online meetings have been held, and the geographical distance from the pioneers has not diminished their energy or their desire to discover groundbreaking solutions in product and technology.

Despite her busy schedule developing Viet Model in Australia, Mrs. Phung Bich Thao regularly engages with the entire R&D team to clearly identify challenges and motivations.

"The biggest challenge is understanding the needs and purchasing habits of Australian customers regarding the products offered by Viet Model. To build trust, we must propose highly applicable solutions within the customer value chain. Therefore, our team’s guiding principle is reliability and a solution-oriented mindset to support customers resolving their issues."

From afar, what she misses most are the passionate discussions with the management team aimed at shifting mindsets! Thanks to her encouragement, the artisans are eager to push their limits to transform today’s ideas into tomorrow’s products.

“The R&D team? There’s so much to do!” laughed Mr. Lam Vinh Hung, who specialize in model control systems development. What he values most about the R&D team is the suggestions from its members - these insights serve as the key to him to approach problems from fresh and more accurate perspectives.

Mr. Bui Van Loc, an engineer specializing in mechanics and dynamics R&D, is a source of inspiration and intense focus for the team. Speaking about his expertise, he states, “It’s hard to pinpoint a leap in motion technology, but it evolves every day. Each new product is a better response to customer needs.”

Tasked with optimizing workflows to enhance the production efficiency of the team, Ms. Tran Diem My shares, “The potential for applying advanced technology in model production is immense, but the true effectiveness depends on the team. Therefore, Viet Model’s R&D team continually strives to enhance their capabilities to deliver valuable solutions for our customers.”

In his role as a researcher and developer of model presentation systems, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trieu prioritizes effective communication. “Understanding the psychology and behavior of the audience is just as important as the technical aspects in designing projection solutions.” This way, the entire team can refine the presentation script, allowing viewers to experience each model/project in a positive and profound manner.
